• The competing rate must be for the same room type, same dates, same number of guests, and same cancellation policy.
• The lower rate must be publicly available online at the time of your claim. Member-only, loyalty, or promotional rates do not qualify.
• Taxes and additional charges are excluded from the rate comparison.
• The guarantee does not apply to rates found on meta-search engines, auction sites, or opaque booking platforms.
• Hakman’s Hotel reserves the right to verify the claim and make the final determination of eligibility.
• The 5% additional discount applies to the matched rate only and cannot be combined with any other offer.
